a set of postures, to find flow, stillness or punctuation. working with alignment to find energy force equilibrium on the body, the effects of which can change your current experience and perspective.

vibrations creating resonance and internal space. through methods such as, sound baths or vocal activation.

With these elements, yoga gives me freedom from my mind and experience beyond the physical body. I guide students into a creative experience, with the fun challenge of movement preparing you to reach a state of true relaxation. By integrating the different sensory approaches to reach this and encourage a regulated nervous system.
